Our productsQuality lumber starts with rigorous log selection. At Carrier Bégin, we prepare wood boards for treatment plants from fir, spruce, and red pine logs delivered to us as soon as they are felled.
When a load arrives, our experienced team examines it closely to determine the quality of the wood. We only accept shipments of healthy, rot-free wood with a diameter of 6 to 25 inches. The result is premium construction lumber that will then be graded based on the wood’s natural defects.
At Carrier Bégin, we can provide planed or rough sawn lumber depending on your needs, in sizes ranging from 1 to 6 inches thick and 3 to 10 inches wide, in any quality grade you desire. Our lumber is dried right here at our facility.
Our sawn-to-spec lumber is competitively priced. We deliver across Quebec, Ontario, the Maritimes, and the United States.
Out of respect for the environment and a commitment to making the most of this precious resource, we also provide bark, wood chips, and sawdust to wood processors.
